i had a pretty relaxing weekend, went shopping, slept a lot, studied, and ate good food. i spontaneously went and got a really cute pager this weekend, on top of my cell, just because reception around ucla is so gosh-dang awful and i always get all these voicemails from irritated people yelling at me (wayne) about crappy reception. yes, i know, i am going backwards in technology here. it was only eighty six bucks for an entire year, what a bargain...haha, that's less than my august cell phone bill. anyways, i came back home, tried to work on my paper, and realized that the disk that i saved my half -written paper on was corrupted. my paper magically deleted itself. i was like, u have got to be kidding.. then me and eunice went to campus to pick up gina & melissa, and we had a nice long dinner at some sushi place near denny's - it was really good. gina dropped off the bimmer at her bf's afterwards, and me and eunice went to the library. i spit out six pages of B.S. on lady macbeth of the mtsensk district in three hours, and now here i am. i have a econ 104 midterm on thurs and i havent even started studying yet. this is a problem. tomorrow i have to tutor again too. WHEN WILL THE STRESS STOP!

anyway, me, arti, gina, and victor all piled into wayne's g-ride to see lion king a few nights ago at the pantages. our seats were decent, and the music and costumes were awesome. the singing gave me the chills, it was so good. i really wanna go again...the only bad thing was that i paid $4 for peanut m&m's cuz i skipped dinner and was really hungry. afterwards we took the freeway to get home, but wayne got on the wrong one and we ended up getting off and on THREE TIMES and since he REFUSED to let me look at the thomas guide, we got hopelessly lost and drove around viewing the rolling hills of LA. i really dont understand why guys just dont pull over and let girls navigate. and then somehow or another we ended up MONTEREY PARK, aka fobtown, so we went to eat at jj's cafe, surrounded by ten billion cantonese ppl. mmm. i suggested going to irvine again, or maybe at least torrance, but we'll save those trips for another day. now i must study. later!
