this page is dedicated to the two coolest friends a girl could ask for. who else would spend hours and hours slaving away in the kitchen just for somebody else's company bake-off?


the inspiration - EY's downtown LA building on 7th and fig...if you look carefully, you can see our logo at the very top.



step #1: cutting all those damn windows in the EY building.





step #2: arranging the windows. apparently keri didn't trust me with anything other than the idiot-proof tasks.



step #3: making the base. the original one we built out of cardboard boxes turned out to be too flimsy to support the building, so we had to construct a sturdier version using leftover pieces of wood. that's lynn using a handsaw. we took turns and almost sawed the workbench in half in the process. i'm not kidding. in our defense, the lighting in the garage was pretty bad.



step #4: the easy part: making the actual dessert. ingredients: sugar, fat, lots of calories.


almost there...putting the finishing touches on the building before driving it up to downtown LA at midnight sunday.
